Toast a Rising Star Block


This block designed for Texas Department of Agriculture for their semi annual quilt. This year's theme was Texas Wineries, "Toast a Rising Star".

Hey Jerry, I love the Texas block. You are very talented...did you design it? Btw, I am trying to figure out what the heck "free lotto" is trying to say in the above comment...maybe an english or spelling class will help.

I clicked on "free lotto". It is lotto result number combinations. I don't get what it has to do with my blog.
